Lust, Hatred and Delusion

Lust
is hard to remove but not so blameable.
arises through improper attention to a beautiful object.
ceases through proper attention to a foul object -
Hatred
is easy to remove and is very blameable.
arises through improper attention to a foul object.
ceases through the cultivation of loving-kindness. -
Delusion
is both hard to remove and very blameable.
arises through improper attention.
