The Buddha says to King Pasenadi “What if I told you that mountains were crashing in from all sides?” The king replies that he would “live by the Dhamma”. “That’s right!”
“Ageing and death come crashing in on all sides. […] Settle your faith on the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha. Conduct yourself by Dhamma in body, speech and mind.”
